By these two applications, the applicants are seeking quashing of the proceedings by carrying out amendment in the prayer clause.
In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the applications, Criminal Applications seeking amendment are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", respectively. Both the Criminal Applications are disposed of accordingly.
