These are the applications for condonation of delay moved on behalf of the claimants.

Heard Mr A.B. Kale, learned counsel for the objection petitioners, Mrs Kalpalata Patil Bharaswadkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3/acquiring body and Mr S.N. Morampalle, learned AGP for the State. 3.

It is evident from the record that the acquiring body has already preferred the appeals against the respective Judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. The claimants intend to file cross-objections in respective appeals. However, there was certain delay and that is why, the claimants have preferred the applications for condonation of delay.

Having regard to the nature of dispute, the delay needs to be condoned.

ORDER

(i) The applications for condonation of delay in filing the cross-objections are hereby allowed.

(ii) The registry to make scrutiny of the cross-objections as per procedure and those be numbered and placed before the Court along with the first appeals.
