Heard learned counsel for the applicants and respondent no.2. They submit that their clients are personally present in the Court. They have unanimously sworn in the affidavit before the section officer of this Court inter alia indicating the manner in which they have decided to set the dispute at rest inter alia by seeking a divorce by mutual consent. They unanimously request for quashment of the crime. 2.
Learned APP submits that there are no criminal antecedents.

Considering the fact that offence has been registered pursuant to the matrimonial dispute and when the couple has now decided to set at rest all the disputes and even have approached the Family Court for divorce by mutual consent, we quash and set side the crime vide FIR No.346 of 2021 for the offences punishable under
sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered with Vajirabad Police Station, Nanded. 4.
The application is allowed.
