CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5127 OF 2023 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5128 OF 2023 1.
The learned Counsel for the applicant - acquiring body produce on record copy of death certificate of Rukmini Pandit Hivre i.e. respondent No. 1A who has died on 27.03.2018. As per pursis dated 20.07.2023 her legal representatives/heirs 1/3
are already on record in form of respondent Nos. 1B and 1C. 2.
As such, the acquiring body is permitted to delete the name of respondent No.1- A from these applications forthwith. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5125 OF 2023 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5127 OF 2023 3.
The appellant - acquiring body in both these applications is seeking condonation of delay of 1664 days, which appears to be cause due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore the delay of 1664 days stands condoned. 4.
The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
