This court by order dated 15-11-2022 had permitted the applicants to serve notice by way of paper publication in the news paper namely Daily Deccan Chronical.

Now the application is filed stating that the applicants are not in a position to publish the notice in news paper namely Daily Deccan Chronical as they had financial difficulty. Therefore, prayer is made for modification of the order by allowing the applicants to publish notice in another widely circulated news paper namely "Mana Telangana".

In view of the prayer, the applicants are permitted to publish notice in the news paper namely Mana Telangana. 4.

Office to hand over packets of notice to applicant. 5.

Notice be published at least two weeks prior to the next date.

Office to make necessary arrangement.

The applicants undertake that they will collect the notice from the office and will get notice publish. 8.

In view of this, the civil application stands allowed and disposed off.
