Heard Mr. S. K. Savangikar, learned counsel for Applicants. The learned counsel for Applicants fairly states that pursuant to lodgement of FIR, charge-sheet has been filed in the competent Court. He submits that FIR is false, charge-sheet is false, investigation is false and statements are false.

In our opinion, it is not possible for us to hold that everything is false. In the result, we make the following order:

O R D E R

Criminal Application No.5620 of 2015, is not entertained and is disposed of reserving the liberty in

13 appln.5620.15.odt favour of Applicants to apply for discharge or oppose the framing of charge as advised. Even if application for discharge is made, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from today.
