Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A. G. P. for the respondent No. 4. None appears for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3/claimants.

Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 2323 days caused in preferring first appeal. For the reasons stated in para Nos. 2 to 9, it is desirable to condone the delay. 3.

The contents of the civil application have not been controverted by the respondents. I have no reason to reject the

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. The civil application is disposed of. Office is directed to register first appeal.
