PER COURT :- 1) Heard. An affidavit in reply has been presented in the matter on behalf of Respondent No.4, wherein it has been stated that the direction issued by this Court has been complied with and the petitioners are held entitled for getting the benefits of Assured Career Progress Scheme (ACPS). It has also been stated that the petitioner will get their monetary benefits after making budgetary provisions by the concerned department.

2) In view of the affidavit in reply tendered on record, the grievances raised by the petitioners stand redressed. The contempt petition stands disposed of. The Notice issued earlier stands discharged.
