Issue notice to the Respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and Mr.Deshmukh waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.2. 2.

The only grievance put forth by the Petitioners is that the proposal submitted to Respondent No.2 for allotment of 12.15% developed land, be considered and decided expeditiously. 3.
