Heard both sides. The present proceeding is filed to challenge the order of stay granted by Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Aurarngabad. Stay is granted to the order of disqualification made by lower authority against present Respondent No.4 - Shankar Borude. The operative order shows that the Divisional Joint Registrar has already kept the matter on 19th October, 2016. 2.

In view of this circumstance, this Court feels that it is desirable that Divisional Joint Registrar decides the matter on the date already 1 / 2

10_WP1031316.odt fixed i.e. 19th October, 2016. Both sides agree to appear before the Divisional Joint Registrar on that date and argue the matter. If only due to exceptional circumstance of the authority itself if the matter is not heard on 19th October, 2016, in any case, the matter will have to be disposed of within 15 days thereafter by Divisional Joint Registrar.
