Learned Counsel for the parties, after hearing for quite some time, reconcile to a position whereunder without disturbing the

(Order) (2) W.P. No. 03467 of 2017 impugned order, suit can be directed to be disposed of expeditiously within a specified period.

As such, without going into the merits of the impugned order, which is an interlocutory order, the suit can be directed to be disposed of at an early date.

In view of aforesaid, the trial Court before which Special Civil Suit No. 09/2015 is pending, may proceed with as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same preferably within a period of 09 (nine) months from today. It is made expressly clear that no observations are made on merits of the case nor disposal of this writ petition shall be deemed to affect the case on either side. 04.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
