Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 386/2023 dated 19.8.2023 registered with Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under sections 326, 324, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of IPC.

This Court has granted interim protection to the applicants vide order dated 2.1.2025. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that thereafter, the applicants have co-operated with the investigation. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the interim order dated 2.1.2025 and that there are no criminal antecedents of the applicants, and that the offence is under section 326 of IPC and that the parties are related with each other, I deem it appropriate to confirm the interim protection granted earlier.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted to the applicants vide order dated 2.1.2025 is confirmed

ABA 1564/23 on the following terms :

i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required.

ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
