Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has submitted representations to respondents with regard to monetary benefits, however, the same are not attended, nor considered by the respondent authorities. 2.

Mr. Karpe, the learned counsel holding for Mr. B. S. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for respondents submits that, in case those representations are pending, the same would be decided on its own merits.

In the light of that, the respondent authorities shall decide
