We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The learned Counsel submits that respondents no. 3 and 4 are visiting the clinic of the petitioner and threatening the petitioner to stop the practice of Naturopathy and Yoga.
According to the learned Counsel, the petitioner is protected as per the orders of this Court in similar matters.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P. for the respondents.

We do not find any notice issued by the respondents prohibiting the petitioner from practicing the Naturopathy and Yoga in accordance with law. The official acts would not be verbally done.

In case, any of the respondents issue notice to the petitioner, then the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with the provisions of law.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
