The petitioners filed application for withdrawal of the amount as per the Courts order. However, the learned counsel for respondent No.4 is seeking time to file affidavit-in-reply. The other side has filed objection to the Civil Application. Considering the earlier order dated 08.05.2024, the application deserves to be allowed. However, to protect the interest of the petitioners, certain conditions may be imposed. Hence, the

ORDER

(i) Civil Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant is allowed to withdraw Rs.10,00,000/- deposited in this Court with an undertaking that he would deposit the said amount with bank interest if the order goes against him within two months from such order. (iii) List the writ petition in due course.
