Leave to correct the wrong name of the Bombay High Court typed by the petitioner in the synopsis and the title clause by mentioning the correct name of the High Court. Correction be carried out forthwith. 2.

The petitioner has put-forth a short grievance. His proposal dated 30.04.2022 is pending before the Pro-Vice Chancellor University at the Aurangabad, which is to be considered in the light of the Section 109 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

The learned advocate Shri Tope was requested by us to cause his appearance since this petition can be disposed off with a short direction to the University.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect the respondent no.2 to deal with the proposal of the petitioner dated 30.04.2022, subject to the limits of his jurisdiction and strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Act, ordinances and statutes.
