Heard the learned Counsels for respective sides. As the facts are common, these petitions can be disposed of by common order.

The petitioners suffered an order dated 13.10.2021 passed by the Industrial Court, Jalna, which is sought to be challenged. The respondents rendered services as Peons and the Clerks with the establishment of the petitioners. The petitioners are directed to extend the benefits of the permanency to the respondents. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners on instructions, submits that there are six sanctioned post of Junior Clerk and four post of Peon available with the petitioners. The respondents can be accommodated against the sanctioned posts. In view of the statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, there is no need to examine the matter on merit. The ends of the justice would be met by directing the petitioners to take appropriate steps for extending the benefits to the respondents as contemplated by the impugned judgment and order. 4.

The writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to accommodate the respondents against the sanctioned posts and to take necessary steps as stipulated by the impugned judgment and order.
