As far as prayer clause 'C' is concerned, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to place it before the learned Single Judge in an appropriate proceeding.

As far as prayer clause 'B' is concerned, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the trial court to conduct the trial on day to day basis and expeditiously in view of the directions in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1754/2019.

By the order dated 28.06.2022 time of six months was granted for the trial court to conclude the trial and the period is still to get over. 1/2

The Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy and go before the appropriate Court if he intends to challenge the order passed in a Criminal Revision as per prayer clause ' C'
