Learned counsel for the applicants refers to the reasons as have been given in the application which have caused delay of 16 days in filing the second appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondent though opposes, however, is not in a position to challenge veracity of the reasons given.

Having regard to that delay is not inordinate and has been explained, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay. 5.
