Inspite of having submitted the proposal for validation of tribe certificate as late as on 27 August 2024, petitioner is soliciting writ of mandamus directing the Committee to decide it at the earliest.

We dispose of the writ petition requesting the Committee to consider the petitioner's urgency and decide his proposal as early as possible.
