The impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court is stayed till final final disposal of the appeals, subject to condition that the applicant deposits entire compensation amount awarded by the Reference Court, together with accrued interest thereon, in this Court within twelve weeks from today. Today the applicant is ready to deposit 50% amount of compensation. Office to accept the cheque.

In case of default in deposit of remaining compensation within the prescribed time limit, the interim stay order shall stand vacated, without reference to this Court. 4.
