All these Writ Petitions are taken out together for admission. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners does not press the petitions on merit, and makes motion to withdraw these petitions with a prayer that the Labour Court, with whom the proceedings are pending, may be directed to dispose of the matters expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from today.

The prayer appears to be reasonable and not objected by the Counsel for the respondent/employer. As such, all the above petitions stand disposed of, with a direction to the learned Labour Court to decide the U.L.P.
