Perusal of reasons in the application suggests that delay occasioned on account of administrative reasons. Applicant has not derived any advantage by making delay. Sufficient cause is made out. Resultantly, application succeeds. Delay of 816 days caused in filing appeal stands condoned. Appeal be registered subject to removal office objections. ORDER ON STAY APPLICATION :

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate appearing for applicant submits that entire amount as per award passed by Reference Court has been deposited with registry of this Court. The office endorsement supports his contention. In that view of the matter, application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (A) and is disposed off.
