Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] This application seeks quashing of criminal case in which charge sheet is already filed against applicants for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3] With the help of learned counsel for the parties we perused the charge sheet and found that there is practically no material against applicant nos. 5 and 6 who are accused nos. 6 and

7. Besides, they do not stay at Jamkhed where the incidents took place.
