Heard Mr M.K. Goyanka, learned counsel for the applicant/insurance company, Mr K.M. Nagarkar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4/original claimants and Mr S.S. Rathi, learned counsel for respondent No. 5. 3.

It is revealed during the course of argument that applicant/insurance company has deposited entire amount of compensation with accrued interest thereon in this Court and complied with the conditional stay order passed by this Court dated 11th October, 2019. As such, interim stay granted by this Court needs to be made absolute.

ORDER

I.

The application for stay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and (C).
