Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been orally informed that the petitioner is dead, but he is awaiting written instructions and death certificate. Even otherwise, the elections held for Municipal Council Bhusawal, for the period 20112016 are in challenge in this petition. The term of the election, having been over, this petition would have to be disposed of as infructuous.
