This is an Application for the correction of name of the Applicant in the Application, and consequently, in the order dated 16/09/2025 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.908/2025. It is stated that, due to a typographical error, the middle name of the Applicant came to be wrongly typed, and it be permitted to correct.

Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B'. 4.

After the name is corrected in the Application, the name be corrected in the said order.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
