He places on record affidavit of Mr. Hitesh Hukumchand Walale, Research Officer at Caste Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad, who has tendered unconditional apology for the delay in deciding the matter. Said apology is accepted. 2.

Now, since claim of the petitioner has been decided, no necessity to take any action under the Contempt of Courts Act. Petition stands disposed off.
