A copy of the said communication is handed over to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, today, in the open Court.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, that this Contempt Petition may be disposed off as the Petitioner desires to independently challenge the said communication / decision dated 25.04.2022.
