The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 264 days caused in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Aurangabad. 3.

Although, notice of this application is served upon the respondents, none appears.

Perusal of the application shows that delay has been occasioned on account of administrative reasons and it is not intentional. Appellant has not derived any advantage by making the delay. In that view of the matter, case is made out to condone the delay.

In the result, the application is allowed. Delay of 264 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. CA stands disposed of.
