The learned A.G.P. submits that in the matters from the same group, this Court has condoned the delay and also granted stay to the impugned judgment and award with a condition to deposit the entire amount under the award within a period of four months. 3.

In view of above submissions, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 558 days caused in filing the appeals is hereby condoned.

Pending hearing and final disposal of the first appeals, there shall be stay to the execution, implementation and operation of

C.A.No.15275/2015 impugned judgment and award subject to the condition that the applicants shall deposit the entire amount under award, in this Court within a period of four months from today, failing which the order granting stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
