We are not inclined to grant prayer clauses (C) to (E). Suffice it to say that the Trust Application no.589 of 2022 and suo-motu enquiry no.942/2015 are, admittedly, pending before respondent no.2 - Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. We, therefore, deem it appropriate to direct respondent no.2 - Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the said proceedings expeditiously. 3.

Respondent no.2 - Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, shall decide Trust Application no.589 of 2022 and suo-motu enquiry no.942/2015 expeditiously and preferably,
