Petitioner has approached this Court seeking protection for a limited period in the event of issuance of any adverse order by respondent no. 4 in the proceeding proposed against him under section 78 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. Petitioner apprehends that there is every possibility of issuance of adverse order and, with a view to facilitate him to approach the appellate forum, he seeks limited protection. 4.
Considering the contentions raised by petitioner, we dispose of the petition with direction to respondents that in the event of passing of any adverse order against petitioner in the proceeding initiated in pursuance to complaints dated 14.09.2016 and 23.09.2016, no coercive action be taken against petitioner for a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of such order so as to facilitate him to approach the appellate forum or avail of appropriate remedy as permissible by law. Rule made absolute to the extent specified above. No costs.
