The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioners did not remain present before the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik. The petitioners had filed an Appeal/Representation before the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik. This Court had directed the petitioners to remain present before the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik on 27.12.2018. As the petitioners did not remain present, the petitioners now cannot have any ground of grievance.

The learned Counsel submits that the petitioners are making representations to the Chief Executive Officer, Zill Parishad, Jalgaon with regard to the transfers.

In case the representations are made by the petitioners with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law and Policy and as may be permissible under law within a period of three months. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
