The petitioner is seeking to intervene in the appeals under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 pending before the respondent-Sub-Divisional Officer, Kannad preferred by the respondent nos. 7 and 8 separately.

Needless to state that we have not been called upon to decide his rights. His innocuous prayer is to direct the authority to consider his
