The applicant prays that the order dated 08/09/2017 by which the civil application was dismissed for non removal of office objections, be recalled. This civil application is filed within limitation.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed on the condition that all office objections in CA No.10100/2017 shall be removed on or before 12/01/2018, failing which, this civil application shall stand rejected without reference to the Court on 15/01/2018.

If all office objections are removed, the order of the learned Registrar dated 08/09/2017 shall stand set aside and CA No.10100/2017 shall be listed on 19/01/2018.
