The Civil Application has been filed for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner on record by condoning delay of 467 days and for setting aside the abatement order.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents does not oppose.

The Civil Application is, therefore, allowed. The delay is condoned and the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner be brought on record, forthwith.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that as the petitioners have resolved the dispute with the respondents out of the Court, they desire to withdraw this petition.

The learned Advocate for the respondents submit that though he has no knowledge about such a resolution, he would not oppose if the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition. 6.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
