By the present application, the applicant-wife seeks transfer of proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.57 of 2017, from the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Gangakhed to Family Court, Aurangabad. 2.

The applicant is a working woman and custodian of 1-1/2 years old child.

The prayer for transfer of proceedings is opposed by the respondent

mca182.17 (2) on the ground that all the witnesses, but for the applicant are residing within the jurisdiction of Gangakhed Court.

The objection is over-ruled. Considering hardship and convenience of the applicant, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (C).
