Writ Petition Nos.12444/2023, 12445/2023, 12446/2023, 12447/2023, 12448/2023 and 12449/2023 were not on board. Mentioned. Taken on the Production Board. 2.

Considering the prayers set out in all these Writ Petitions, the learned Government Pleader has gathered instructions from the concerned authorities that all these claims, as regards uncleared bills are stale and several documents and files will have to be dug into, to verify as to whether these claims are undisputed. He submits that, it would take at least six months time to go into the records, since they date back to ten years or more.

Considering our writ jurisdiction, we would not be inclined to entertain these Writ Petitions, if they are in respect of disputed bills, payment terms, amounts to be paid, etc. 4.

Since the learned Government Pleader makes a statement on instructions that, the concerned authorities would look into the grievance of the Petitioners in all these Writ Petitions and would verify their records and take a decision within a period of 180 days, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
