The applicant is seeking withdrawal of balance amount of the compensation alongwith accrued interest thereon. 3.

The learned counsel for the insurance company strongly opposed the same on the ground that the appeal is fled for challenging the involvement of alleged offending vehicle in the accident. Further, it appears that this court vide order dated 09/08/2021 has already permitted the applicant to withdraw 30% of the compensation amount. As such, I am not inclined to grant any further withdrawal at this juncture. Therefore, the application stands rejected and disposed of.
