Though the wording in the prayer clause-B is not proper, but it can be gathered that the applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 18/01/2022, whereby the registration of their appeal was refused by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court for non removal of offce objections. There also appears delay of 225 days in fling this application.

The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the offce objections within the period of two weeks only. As such, the order dated 18/01/2022 is set aside by condoning the delay of 225 days subject to condition that the applicants shall remove all the offce objections within two weeks from the date of this order.
