Petitioner is objecting to the order passed in Original Application No. 547/2015 by Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dismissing the original application presented by petitioner challenging the order of transfer issued on 25.07.2015.

The petitioner was posted at Nanded since 2009 and by virtue of the impugned order, he has been transferred to Ambajogai. It is not a matter of dispute that the petitioner is due for transfer. Petitioner has also not attributed any malafides in respect of order of transfer. Administrative decision taken by respondent-authority need not be interfered with in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
