This is an application filed by two individuals seeking permission to intervene in the present proceedings. The only ground stated is that they claim to be members of "Prachin Smarak Saranshak Samiti, Beed" and it is their contention that they would be able to assist this Court in disposing of the Writ Petition.

Having perused the application and the documents filed therewith, we find that the applicants have no locus to seek intervention in the present Petition and they appear to be busybodies from district Beed.

In any case, the Respondent State Authorities are before the Court and they are required to justify the actions impugned in the Writ Petition.

We do not find any reason to entertain the Civil Application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
