Present Petition has ben filed for following reliefs:- "B.

The respondents directed to decide the representation dated 31/06/2025 and 08/08/2025 thereby, granting benefits and seniority as per the rules, by issuing writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature of writ of certiorari."

Learned Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, upon instructions from respondents makes a statement that the representations filed by the petitioner will be decided within a

In view of the said statement, we dispose of the Writ Petition by giving directions to respondent No.2 to decide the said representations filed by the petitioner, within THREE MONTHS from today.
