Heard Shri SS Choudhari, learned counsel for petitioners-applicants.

Learned counsel submitted that inadvertently the steps could not be taken to serve some of the respondents and as such, the petitions have been dismissed against the said respondents vide the order passed by this court on 7th December, 2018.

The learned counsel submitted that the petitioners undertake to take all necessary steps to serve the said respondents. The learned counsel, in the circumstances, prayed for recalling of the order passed by this court on 7th

(2) December, 2018.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the applications seeking restoration of the petitions are allowed and the petitions stand restored as against the said respondents and the petitioners are permitted to serve the said respondents within four weeks from today.

List Writ Petition No.7734/2017 along with the present group of petitions on 10th July, 2019.
