For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed and the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Aurangabad shall decide the Revision Application No.34/2018 on or before 31/12/2018. He shall, after conclusion of the hearing, post the matter on a specific date, by intimating all the litigating sides, for pronouncing his order on the said date.

In view of the above, which is a statutory remedy u/s 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, the writ petition need not be kept pending and stands disposed of.
