The applicants apprehend their arrest in Crime No. 391 of 2022 registered with Jintur Police Station, District - Parbhani for offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is lodged by Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat,

{2} aba1436-22 Pimprala alleging that the applicants, who are contractors, have prepared forged resolution of Village Panchayat and deposited Rs.45,000/-, which was to be public contribution and committed the offence.

Heard learned advocates for the applicants, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned advocate for the informant. Perused the investigation papers.

The offence is registered in the month of September, 2022 and the allegations pertain to documents, which are already seized by the Investigating Officer. The applicants were granted interim protection and they have co-operated in the investigation. Nothing is to be seized from the applicants. 5.

In the facts of the present case, pre-trial custodial detention of the applicants is not necessary. The applications are, therefore, allowed by confirming interim orders. Till filing of the charge sheet, the applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer. The applicants shall not tamper prosecution evidence.
