The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee since June 2016. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner has completed his graduation. He requires the validity for further courses and degree certificate.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 16.12.2021. 3.

Considering the fact that, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2016, the committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The respondents may not withhold the mark sheet of the

2 942-wp 13418-2021.odt petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, the degree certificate and other documents may not be issued until the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 4.

Depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding, the parties may take further steps.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
