Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for the respondent-State and learned counsel for the informant.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.160 of 2024, registered with M.I.D.C. Waluj Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477-A, 120-B read with Section 34 of the IPC.

The applicant was the employee of the first informant. He had resigned from his job long back before lodging the

report. The allegations has the checkered history of misappropriation done by taking incorrect entries in the ledger books and account books. Main accused, who was the head accountant has been granted bail. So, considering the role attributed to the applicant, checkered history of the allegations and the basis for investigation, it seems that his further interrogation is not required. The charge sheet has already been filed. The applicant has roots at the place of his residence, therefore, there are no chances of his absconding. Therefore, he deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant PRAVIN KANOBHA BHONE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He should attend the trial on each and every effective date.

(iii) Criminal application to assist learned APP stands disposed of.
