Learned counsel Shri Shrikant S.Patil submits that he has instructions to appear for respondent No.4. The learned counsel opposed for condoning the delay caused in filing the Review Application.

Shri A.A.Jagatkar, learned APP appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 has submitted for passing appropriate orders. Though, there appears no specific reason for occurrence of

{2} CA 12479 OF 2019 delay, it cannot be said that there may be any ill intention or malafides in approaching this Court belatedly. In the circumstances, I am inclined to condone the delay. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

I) Application is allowed.

II) Delay caused in filing Review Application is condoned.

III) Review Application be registered in accordance with law.

IV) After registration, issue notice to the respondents.

V) Shri A.A.Jagatkar, learned APP waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Shri Shrikant S.Patil, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent No.4. Service complete.

VI) List the matter for further consideration on 13.11.2019.
